RETURN CONDITIONS

Sei Due Sei S.r.l.

Regulatory premise

In relationships between companies, the parties have full contractual autonomy in regulating the terms of withdrawal and return of goods, pursuant to art. 1322 of the Civil Code. These conditions exclusively govern returns made by professional clients of Sei Due Sei S.r.l.

1. Exclusion of returns for customized goods

Returns of customized goods are not accepted, under any circumstances, including any shipping errors, quantities, sizes, colors or items attributable to Sei Due Sei S.r.l.

We recommend carefully checking the goods upon receipt.

2. Exclusion of returns for end-of-line or discontinued items

Returns of end-of-line, discontinued or out-of-catalog items are not accepted.

3. Prior authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance by Sei Due Sei S.r.l. The request for return authorization must be sent by e-mail to info@jamesross.it.

Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return deadlines

The return must be made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

5. Condition of goods and packaging

The goods must be returned:

  • unused and in a condition suitable for resale;
  • in the intact original packaging (bags and boxes), not damaged, written on, labeled or altered.

6. Accompanying documentation

The return Transport Document (DDT) must expressly reference the DDT of the original shipment.

RETURN HANDLING COSTS

7. Fixed handling fees

A fixed cost of € 25.00 is provided for:

  • physical inspection of the goods;
  • administrative document management;
  • transfer to logistics;
  • warehouse receiving operations.

8. Variable repositioning costs

The following variable costs also apply:

  • € 5.00 for each whole and intact box;
  • € 2.50 for each individual loose piece.

9. Transport costs

Transport costs for the return of the goods are entirely borne by the customer.

10. Reimbursement method

The return, once verified and accepted, generates exclusively the issuance of a credit note in favor of the customer.

11. Return destination

The goods must be shipped to the following address:

12. Returns due to error attributable to Sei Due Sei S.r.l.

If the return is due to an error attributable to Sei Due Sei S.r.l. (e.g., shipment of wrong items, wrong quantities, sizes or colors not conforming to the order), the return will be made at no cost to the customer.

The customer must report the anomaly to Sei Due Sei S.r.l. and obtain prior authorization for the return, according to the procedure indicated in the previous points. Once authorized, the return must be made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In any case, the exclusion of returns for customized goods, as indicated in point 1, remains valid.
