Online orders will be given priority over those sent by mail or fax and received on the same day.
Please remember that stock levels shown might not match the physical stock exactly, since they are only updated hourly (and in the meantime other orders might have been processed).
For this reason our operators will check orders received against the physical stock available. Should there be any problems, it will be our responsibility to let you know within 24 hours.
RE: should the available stock number be near to zero, you should telephone to make sure that the items have not been sold in the meantime.
